Henry Samueli School of Engineering
Henry Samueli School of Engineering comments:
 Important Information
PREREQUISITES: If you are unable to add the Engineering course, it may mean the prerequisite or corequisite for that course has not been met. Courses with corequisites may require you to add the corequisite requirement before adding the course. A full, updated listing of courses and prerequisites can be found on the Engineering Student Affairs web site at http://undergraduate.eng.uci.edu.
SCHOOL AND MAJOR RESTRICTIONS for many Engineering courses will be dropped at the start of the enrollment adjustment period. The Henry Samueli School of Engineering does not permit ADDING or DROPPING Engineering courses after the second week of class. All adds and drops through the end of week 2 should be done via WebReg. Student may change GRADE OPTION until the end of week 6. Some students may receive a DEFICIENT GRADE in a prerequisite course after enrolling in WebReg. These students will be dropped after the first week of classes. Students should address any prior grade issues (NR, etc.) before the end of week 1.
FOR ASSISTANCE go to the Engineering Student Affairs Office, ECT 101.
NOTE: All undergraduate Engineering courses are regularly open to Engineering majors only. All other majors must petition on line for course authorization ( http://undergraduate.eng.uci.edu/studentinfo/courseauthorization/ ). If the petition is approved, the student will be able to enroll during enrollment adjustment period when the major restriction is lifted.
  Computer Science and Engineering
Computer Science and Engineering department comment:
