Non-resident Graduate Ph.D Students, Advanced to candidacy Fees 2023-24 |

Eligible nonresident Ph.D. students advanced to candidacy are eligible for a 100% reduction in Nonresident Supplemental Tuition for a maximum of three consecutive calendar years, including time on Leave of Absence.
