UC Irvine official transcripts contain the information needed for the Common Application, Coalition for College/SCOIR, or any other student transfer report.
As of February 1, 2025, the UC Irvine Registrar's Office no longer prepares any student transfer report, as the UC Irvine official transcript contains the information needed. Instead, students should request a Common Application verification letter directly from reg-verifications@uci.edu that will confirm UCI's verification policies and which they should send to accompany the transcript to the institution(s) of their choice.
If a receiving institution requires the transfer letter to be sent directly from UC Irvine, students should order an official transcript through Parchment and include the Common App verification letter as an attachment. The Registrar’s Office does not send transfer letters to institutions on students’ behalf.
For student conduct or disciplinary verifications, obtain an official Dean’s Certification (letter of clearance) from the UC Irvine Dean of Students office.
