The Registrar's Office is the official custodian of student academic records,
which are maintained from UCI's inaugural year of 1965 through the present day. Upon request,
the Registrar's Office provides official and unofficial copies of UCI transcripts.
Ordering Transcripts
Official Transcripts
Electronic or paper transcripts can be sent to you, an employer, or an institution directly.
Unofficial Transcripts
Printed on regular blank white paper,
unofficial transcripts may be photocopied should you
require additional unofficial copies. Students may request five copies per day. Electronic copies of unofficial transcripts are not available. Currently enrolled students may view their unofficial transcripts by visiting StudentAccess.

The University Registrar does not maintain records for course work taken through the Division of Continuing Education. If you need transcripts for continuing education courses, visit the UCI Division of Continuing Education website.
