for most updates while schedule is being
prepared for enrollment. No Winter room
requests accepted during this time.
Oct. 17-28 Registrar Wtr 17 Prepare SOC for enrollment and publishing;
link classes; establish waitlists.
Oct. 17-28 Registrar Wtr 17 Begin entering variable topic course titles
in master course database.
Oct. 17 Registrar Spg 17 Make S17 courses available in eSOC.
Oct. 17 Deans Spg 17 Beginning of Department Build Phase. Make
changes, deletions, and additions directly
into eSOC. Enter first preferences in the
Building and Room fields in eSOC. Schedule

maximize use of those rooms.

to Registrar for enrollment priority
(Wednesday of 5th week, each term).
Oct. 27 Deans Wtr 17 Deadline to place student record holds
affecting future registration (Thursday of
5th week, each term).
Oct. 28 Registrar Sum 16 CSS & CED files, End of Quarter File, due to
UCOP, combined SS I, SS 10WK, and SS II
(Friday of 5th week, subsequent quarter, each
term).
