Week of Mar. 1 - 7

                                previous quarter through Monday of
                                4th week current quarter, quarterly).

Mar. 1     Registrar    Sum 10  Schedule of Classes available for SSI,
                                SSII and SS 11WK (annually).

Mar. 1-5   Deans        Fal 10  Complete data entry into ESOC by 5 p.m.
                                on Friday, Mar. 5.  Fix CASPER discrepancies;
                                verify max capacities; be sure cross-listings 
                                are identical and scheduled for same room
                                and time; clean-up order of course types/
                                course numbers.

Mar. 5     ----------   Wtr 10  End of the ninth week of classes.

Mar. 5     Deans        Fal 10  Complete data entry into ESOC by 5 p.m.

                                classes for non-payment of fees or if a hold 
                                remains on their record (5-8 p.m.).
